Annual General Meeting via Zoom
Members are invited to the WMYC AGM Zoom meeting.

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.
If you are unable to attend the meeting and wish to vote please click on the below link for the Revised Proxy form. Please ensure that your Proxy form is returned to the Club Office prior to the meeting commencing.
Please note all members are invited to the meeting BUT only Full financial Members, Perpetual Members and Life members are able to cast one vote.
If a secret vote is required this will be done by a short Poll/s at the meeting using the Zoom polling function which will be available to members joining via the internet. Members joining the meeting using phone dial numbers in will not be able to participate in the poll unless they make proxy voting arrangements prior to the meeting. All information collected from the Poll/s will be treated with the strictest confidence.
