Zoom Invitation

The week of the Meeting there will be an invitation sent out to all members to attend the meetings via Zoom (i.e. either from your computer or by phoning in on your mobile phone) the link and phone numbers you can use will be highlighted to make it easier for you all.  Please advise the Office on 3393 5708 if you would be interested in attending the General Meeting via Zoom.

Please Note that there will be a restriction on the number able to attend via Zoom and that is a total of 100 people.

All members can attend the meetings however voting is as follows:

WMYC Voting (as per Constitution 22.1(d))—”every Full member present shall be entitled to one vote … provided that no member shall be entitled to vote at any meeting if his/her annual subscription is more than one month in arrears at the date of meeting. ...”
